All my food photography time (which isn’t much to begin with!) has been taken up lately with creating and photographing a couple of recipes for the Best Recipes Magazine spring issue.
I’m so honored to have been asked to contribute, and I had a lot of fun coming up with two original recipes featuring fresh spring produce.
I’ll be sure to let you all know when the issue comes out!
That being said, I feel like I’ve left all my fellow foodies hanging lately. I like to have a few recipe posts each week, but between the Best Recipes Magazine gig and traveling to Austin to have God rock my world, recipes have just not been happening around here.
We keep eating, I just haven’t been able to take good pictures and get the posts together. Trust me though, the Slow Cooker Split Pea Soup, Slow Cooker Indian Chicken Stew and Tacos have all been very tasty :)
I thought it might be fun to highlight six of my favorite wintery recipes from the archives to inspire your upcoming weekly menu.
These are all things we love to eat especially during the colder months, and let me say Michigan is about as cold and arctic as you can get these days.
