This week is proof that you can do all of the right things and still not see results in your anticipated time frame.
Today’s Weigh-In: 0 pounds down
Total Weight Loss: 10 pounds
I’ve got to admit that I’m feeling deflated today. I was super excited that I lost 2 pounds last week by buckling down and sticking to my calorie budget without cheating.
This week I was very careful about not going over my daily calories and I joined the gym again and started working out. I’m SO sore from the hard workouts, but it feels amazing to be back in action.
I thought for sure that eating lean and working out would be the recipe for a big loss this week. Turns out it just wasn’t in the cards today.
I’m going to keep pressing forward. I’m not going to cheat, I’m going to keep going to the classes at my gym and I’m going to hope that next week will bring a big loss.
Losing weight is NOT EASY.
Good thing I’m tough ;)

Rebecca, You may not lose weight while working out. Don't get discouraged!! Take your measurements and remeasure yourself every 2 – 3 months. If you could look great, feel fantastic about yourself and fit into smaller sizes….would it really matter what Number you were?
Thats one the the things Ive been learning this year…put the scale away and get out the measuring tape! :)

That's the right attitude Rebecca! I just had lunch with one of my college roommates and she's my age and she has lost 32 lbs. since May! She looks great and feels even better even though she wants to lose more weight. I know YOU CAN DO IT! Keep at it…love you…
