Well, I climbed up on the scale this morning and….
I didn’t lose a single pound since last week!
Today’s Weigh-In: 0 pounds lost
I’ve got to admit I was very discouraged. I logged all of my calories and stayed within my budget every single day.
Well, except Saturday.
Saturday I gave myself the day off since we had a bunch of fun things planned. Most notably a date night. The first we’ve had in ages, so there was no way I was missing out on that.
I know for a fact that Saturday isn’t what ruined everything. Even though I went over my budget, I didn’t go crazy. I didn’t even have dessert!
It must be some kind of flukey thing my body is doing to piss me off, I mean regulate everything.
I’m trying really hard not to be too disappointed. My goal each week is 2 pounds and since I lost 5 the first week, I’m actually ahead of the game.
Keep telling yourself that, Rebecca.
I’m exceeding my weight loss goals!
Ok, maybe since it’s typed in bold I should believe it.
Anyway, here’s to another week! I’m going to keep at it because I know it’s going to pay off. The weight is going to come off and, more importantly, my blood pressure is going to go down!
I’d love to read your healthy living/fitness/weight loss stories, so link up your blog below!

Hang in there! It will come off! Maybe aim slightly below your calorie allowance for a little jump start? Not too much obviously. I've found, if I don't get exercise, I don't see much of a difference on a diet. The weeks I got out even for a 30 min walk and stayed within my calories, I saw the biggest difference. I liked what Ashley said about the water too!
You're doing great and you'll see a difference soon, I'm sure! I'm praying too!

Don't get discouraged. Recently in one of my posts I mentioned how in one week I gained five pounds, lost six, gained two and lost one. That was literally over the course of 7 days. Sometimes things are just wonky, not matter what you do. Make sure you drink tons of water. When I'm dehydrated my weight does crazy things, up and down.

Don't get discouraged Rebecca…I know that you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to. It's totally and mental thing but also making a decision to do a lifestyle change. I'll be praying for you….Love,AB

The second and third weeks of weight loss are notoriously tough. Plus us girls have all sorts of other stuff that can affect it.
Keep it up!
