Today was my last day of work for 4 days! 4 days!!!!!! Not that I’m excited or anything…
It was a pretty easy day too. I had a meeting this morning for about an hour and a half to plan the next issue of our divisional newsletter (I’m the editor). Then, I burned some time till lunch. I had lunch with Brad and Joanna which was nice. We talked and laughed and stayed in the cafeteria longer than we each would have had we eaten alone. After lunch I burned some more time till the end of the day! Paul is gone till Thursday of next week, so it’s been pretty light.
John Paul came on Wednesday afternoon. He’s here till Easter and Andy and I are thrilled. We have so much fun spending time with him. His energy and enthusiasm are such a refreshing change from everyday life. Plus, he’s very helpful around the house! Since he has had trouble finding a job and I’ve had trouble wanted to do certain things around the house, we hired him for some manual labor! Andy and I came up with a list of things that we don’t feel like doing once the weekend rolls around and we put him to work for a modest fee. He did an awesome job and even took care of some things that weren’t on the list!
I’m not exactly sure what all of our weekend plans are, but I’m sure we’ll have a great time.

I continue to be so grateful that our family is so close. John Paul is a better person because of your and Andy’s influences…
God is good!!!

Wow, you had some days off? I know you needed the little break… I’m glad you got it! Very cool to come up with that win-win idea for you guys and JP! And so cool that he was willing and happy to help! Hmmm… does he hire out?!? LOL
Love ya!

Did you color those eggs? They are beautiful so I don’t doubt that you did. It’s so fun to have younger siblings. I’m glad you can have so much fun with John Paul and that you are in a position to help him make some extra $$$. Enjoy your four days off! Happy Easter

A reprieve from work, I understand how you feel as I am on Spring Break from school.
There’s nothing like family. I’m glad you and Andy get to enjoy John Paul over the next couple of days.
Happy Easter to you and all your loved ones.
Love, Sara
