Last Sunday our church hosted a “Trunk or Treat” event for the kids. People signed up to decorate their cars and hand out candy from their trunks. Unfortunately the evening was cold, windy and rainy!! The kids had fun anyway, but some of the trunk decorations (read MY trunk decorations) were ruined by the weather. Rain and pink crepe paper don’t mix!!
Andy and I did a Barbie theme. I was barbie and he was Ken. I still have to track down a picture of both of us together, but here is a frightening one of me!

Rebecca, I agree with your mom. Of course, we usually do. I hope you post the pic of you and Andy together so we can see it. Yesterday in our 20s/30s Sunday School class we opened with a little fun thing where we got together in small groups based on our favorite halloween candy. We were to give our name and favorite halloween costume. One gal in our group said she and her husband had fun dressing up as old people. When it was my turn, I couldn’t resist saying, “I’m Tom and today I’m dressed as an old person.” Love, Dad Gould

Nah, not frightening, just a little spooky with that wig… I expect a butcher knife hidden in your hand behind your back! LOL Just teasing! Actually, as I think of it, you really should dress up on Tuesday night! Just keep your hair normal (after your hair appt.) & you’ll look awesome! Andy’ll have to be there batting the boys away all night! :) xoxo

I think I recognize those earrings :) I’m so jealous, I don’t have an opportunity to dress up this year :( Barbie and Ken is such a good idea! What a nice thing to do for the kids. I’m sure you guys were adorable. I can’t wait to come over on Thursday, but hopefully I’ll find an opportunity to pass by before then.
Love,
Sara
