this year we decided to fondue for valentine’s day rather than eat out. i was a little nervous at first since we hadn’t ever done a meat and veggie fondue, but it turned out awesome! i bought filet mignon, chicken breast, red pepper, sweet potato, broccoli, cauliflower and eggplant. We cooked everything up in the hot peanut oil fondue and then dipped it in a variety of sauces like thai peanut, A1, fajita, marinara, and bbq. it was all super tasty! for dessert we feasted on strawberries, marshmallows and angel food cake bites dipped in melted chocolate…yum!!
