Last night I made a really delicious chicken dish thanks to my friend Doug. A couple of weeks ago during a small gathering at our apartment, the conversation turned to favorite meals. As we went around the table, most meals were pretty routine, but Doug’s favorite meal was something that I hadn’t really heard of before. Chicken breast with feta cheese wrapped in layers of buttery filo dough and baked to perfection! So, last night I ventured into new culinary territory and made this yummy meal. It turned out great! It will definitely be added to our regular menu! Thanks Doug!
