It’s probably totally inane to blog about my weight loss, but it’s the one thing in my life that I’ve harnessed enough discipline to really work at, so here I am writing about it. I got on the scale this morning and expected to see what I’ve been seeing everyday…my 16lb weight loss plateau. However, this morning it was different…I’ve finally reached the 20lbs down point! Needless to say, I was elated. I’ve been working very hard at eating right and working out religiously, so I was so happy to finally harvest some fruits of my labor. I’m more determined than ever to lose the last 15. May is just around the corner, so I’m on the home stretch. I can’t wait to see if I can reach my goal by the date that I originally set. I think that would be a first for me.
