A significant percentage of Americans believe that abortion, even partial-birth abortion, should be legal. They say that it is a woman’s right to make her own choice about the unborn child. HOWEVER, Scott Peterson is currently awaiting sentence for the first degree murder of his wife Laci and the second degree MURDER of his unborn child. Many Americans are outraged by Peterson’s actions (and rightly so) yet if it was the mother who chose to “take the life of” (aka murder) her unborn child, these same Americans would be supporting her.
