I’ve been unintentionally off the grid for the past week and a half.

I’ve started TWO, count ’em TWO, posts but they remain in draft form.

Both are things God has been stirring up in me and I just kept getting distracted from writing them out, and I didn’t want to rush to try to wrap them up in a neat little bow, so I just hit save and decided to go back to them when I have time to process.

Hopefully that will be next week :)

This past week was pretty much a slew of activity preparing to attend the Influence Conference in Indianapolis.

I’m here now and I’m having such a wonderful time.

Not only do I get to wear big, gaudy necklaces everyday without Avery trying to rip them off, but I get to room with my IBFF (Internet best friend forever) Diana and hear scripture and encouragement and awesome work of the Lord shared by women who love Jesus.

It’s been so awesome and I still have another day ahead of me.

I can’t wait to go though all the blog cards I’ve collected and add dozens of new women to my social media circles.

Sometimes the internet just rocks.

I hope to be back in action on Monday and I’m excited to start posting more recipes (think yummy hot soups and comforting fall foods) so stay tuned :)
