People, this is EPIC! I think I might really be able to do this!
Just last night Andy and I were talking on the couch and I was bemoaning the fact that no matter what I seem to do, I’ll never really be able to lose weight and I’ll always have these extra pounds. I was feeling so defeated and overwhelmed at the idea of trying to keep losing weight through the holiday season.
I mean, have you had my frosted butter cookies??
They are like straight up crack cocaine around here.

But apparently I’ve been doing something right! After thinking it over, I can put my finger on one thing that has helped.
I spend more time worrying about what I should eat than what I shouldn’t eat.
I’m working diligently to eat TONS of fruits and veggies everyday and you know what?
It doesn’t leave much room for the other junk that I shouldn’t be eating.
Weight loss is a total mind game. Probably one of the toughest ones out there, so you’ve gotta fight hard to figure out the tactics that work for you.
For me it seems like focusing on what I should do rather than what I shouldn’t do is helping.
