Yes, you read that right.
No, you probably don’t have any idea what it means. I know I didn’t when I first started seeing it peppered throughout my Twitter feed a few days ago.
Basically it’s a blogging challenge for the month of November which just happens to be National Blog Posting Month.
The challenge is to write a blog post everyday during the month of November. I’m always up for a challenge and have been learning lately that I get bored and cranky when I’m not being stretched beyond my comfort zone.
That must be why I’m always competing with myself. Lose so many pounds per week or cut out all fun food groups for 40 days or maintain spiritual, physical and domestic discipline for 30 days, etc. If life was only a month long, I’d totally rock it!
I’m definitely a better sprinter than marathoner. I’m good at short bursts of high speed. Keeping a steady pace over a long distance is much harder for me. Definitely one of the things I’d love to change about myself.
So here I go with another challenge. I love writing, so it won’t be torture or anything but I’m not typically an everyday blogger so this will be new.
It’ll also be a good opportunity to push myself. I’ve got a bunch of posts bottled up in me and I’m often too lazy or tentative to put them out there.
Buckle up. It might be a wild ride.

YES on the sprinter not a runner thing. Me to the max. 30 days of dieting? I'm all over it. Blogging? Yes please.
It's funny how right after I posted I was doing it I got writers block and thought about quitting. Like 3 hours in.
