Ok, I’m going to give you a heads up about my next big undertaking. I’m going to do a 30 day Discipline Challenge.
Basically what this means is that April 1st through April 30th I’m going to be disciplined like I wish I always was. After the 30 days I may go back to being a lazy procrastinator, but for those 30 days I am totally committed to my goals. Here they are:
1. Wake up Monday – Friday early enough to spend 30 minutes reading my Bible and praying.
2. Spend 1 hour at the gym Monday – Friday before work. I am allowed one day each week to do the workout at night if I can’t drag my rear end out of bed.
3. I didn’t give anything up for lent, so for the month of April I’m giving up sweets…TOTALLY!
4. Follow Weight Watchers Points 6 days each week.
This is going to be tough, but I know I can do it if I really put my mind to it. I’m keeping myself accountable to my book buddy and by regular blogging.
