Yesterday was my last day of fasting. It happened to fall on a day that we had a seminar which was a bit of a bummer. (it’s fun eating stadium food like hot dogs and nachos!) It was also a bummer because the majority of my “waste” happened to come out last night…in a public bathroom! The good thing was that there were about 20 stalls in the bathroom and that meant lots of talking and flushing which mimicked a sense of privacy for me to take care of business.
The fast was definitely not as hard as I imagined it would be. The toxin absorber drinks kept me from feeling hungry and the crazy bowel movements kept me motivated. I had a few moments of longing to eat (mainly when Andy came home from his trip to Florida. I’ve discovered that he is my junk food partner in crime…we are both committed to helping each other eat healthier now. He’s even thinking about doing the cleanse!) Overall, it was an issue of mind over matter and I’m very proud of myself for sticking to it and succeeding.
Onto the gross stuff…I have definitely been seeing stuff like the pictures on the website. Long, rubbery strands of knotted waste came out of me and is still coming out. I was almost tempted to go another couple of days, but I used all the toxin absorber powder and I don’t think I could do it on juice alone. I lost a total of 6lbs and I feel great. I would totally recommend this kit to anyone who is curious and wanting to get rid of all that junk trapped inside.
And no, I didn’t take any pictures of my own waste. That’s disgusting.

Wow, thanks for the link of the photos. Silly me should’ve waited until I was DONE with my lunch before looking! D’oh! Anyhoo, I’m glad this turned out to be a positive experience for you! Anything we can do to make our bodies feel a bit healthier is definitely a good thing. To each his own, tho… I couldn’t do this because I have issues of going potty anywhere but home! Then again, I could always blame it on the guys at work?!? LOL Congrats to you!!! xoxo – Ruth
